Jimmy G the guy in the front right of our picture demonstrated how easy it is to get into a Braun Lowered floor Wheelchair Conversion Van. Mr. E the gentleman in the front left, talked about the Braun Millenium Wheelchair Lift we installed in his full size van. And last but not least Mr. C the very very tall man right behind the camera guy…bragged on his Bruno lift that we installed to lift his scooter into his truck.  It was a great day! I just wish we had sunglasses on (hee hee) it’s hard to take a picture and look at the sun!

There are so many advantages to owning a Braun lowered floor minivan! First, I will explain what in the world a lowered floor minivan is.

A Braun lowered-floor minivan is a minivan that has had the original floor lowered by 10 inches. By using your remote control keychain, when you press the button, the door opens automatically, a ramp folds or slides out and the vehicle “kneels” to lower the slope of the ramp.

 Because the Driver and Passenger seats are easily removable, wheelchair users are able to sit in the driver or passenger spaces in their own wheelchair! Of course there is also room in the center of the van as well. There are  multiple wheelchair positions and are so incredibly easy to use whether it is for a person driving in their wheelchair, a caretaker transporting a passenger in a wheelchair or passengers along for the ride.
